Acceptable Use Policy

Effective September 25, 2026Last updated September 25, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to use of RELAVANZ and is incorporated into the Terms of Service.

1. Use only authorized resources

You may scan, analyze, connect, modify, submit to, or otherwise interact with a Site, account, repository, store, profile, listing, data source, or provider resource only when you are authorized to do so. Do not use RELAVANZ to test ownership boundaries or obtain access you do not have.

2. No unlawful or harmful use

  • Do not use RELAVANZ to violate law, regulations, court orders, or third-party rights.
  • Do not facilitate fraud, deception, harassment, exploitation, credible threats, or other unlawful harm.
  • Do not use the Services to infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or contractual rights.

3. Security and credential abuse

  • Do not steal, guess, solicit, expose, or misuse passwords, OAuth tokens, API keys, application passwords, GitHub credentials, or other secrets.
  • Do not bypass authentication, approval, Site binding, capability checks, provider restrictions, rate limits, usage limits, or RELAVANZ safety controls.
  • Do not upload malware, exploit code, or use RELAVANZ to compromise or disrupt another system.
  • Do not conduct unauthorized security testing through RELAVANZ or connected providers.

4. Website crawling and automated requests

Do not use RELAVANZ to crawl or repeatedly request resources in a manner that is unlawful, intentionally abusive, or contrary to your authorization. RELAVANZ may impose crawl budgets, concurrency controls, provider budgets, and other safeguards to protect service integrity.

5. Privacy and personal data

Do not use RELAVANZ to collect, enrich, combine, or process personal data without appropriate authority and a lawful purpose. Do not submit sensitive personal information to a feature that is not designed to process it.

6. Search, listings, reviews, and backlinks

  • Do not use RELAVANZ to buy, sell, conceal, or automate link schemes that violate search-engine or provider rules.
  • Do not create fake reviews, incentivize positive-only reviews, suppress honest negative feedback, or misrepresent customer experiences.
  • Do not manipulate listings, profiles, Merchant data, structured data, or other provider records with false or misleading information.
  • Do not use RELAVANZ to send unsolicited outreach or spam through a connected account unless the feature and applicable law expressly permit it.

7. AI and generated content

  • Do not use AI Features for unlawful activity, deceptive impersonation, fraud, or prohibited consequential decision-making.
  • Do not intentionally remove legally required AI disclosures, provenance, or provider-required labels.
  • Do not rely on AI output as a substitute for required professional review in legal, medical, financial, employment, credit, safety, or other high-stakes contexts.
  • You remain responsible for reviewing generated content before publication and for ensuring you have the rights and substantiation needed for that use.

8. Connected-platform rules

When a RELAVANZ feature uses Google, Shopify, GitHub, WordPress, Stripe, OpenAI, or another connected provider, you must comply with the terms, policies, permissions, and usage restrictions that apply to your account and the requested action. RELAVANZ may refuse or stop an operation that would exceed a granted capability or provider restriction.

9. Plan, usage, and service integrity

Do not evade plan limits, usage metering, concurrency controls, provider budgets, or billing restrictions; create duplicate identities to obtain benefits not intended for you; or use automation in a way that materially degrades the Services.

10. Enforcement

RELAVANZ may investigate suspected violations and may warn, limit functionality, revoke a connected capability, suspend work, or suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, providers, RELAVANZ, or others, subject to applicable law and the Terms of Service.

11. Reporting

Report suspected abuse, unauthorized use, or security concerns to hello@relavanz.com. Security testing and vulnerability reports are also subject to our Security & Responsible Disclosure page.

12. Changes

RELAVANZ may update this policy as product capabilities, provider requirements, or abuse risks change. Material changes are subject to the RELAVANZ Legal Health review process before the reviewed legal baseline is advanced.
