Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of RELAVANZ websites, applications, software, AI features, connected integrations, and related services (the "Services"). The Services are provided under the RELAVANZ name by an online operator based in Oklahoma, United States.
By creating an account, clicking to accept these Terms, purchasing a plan, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use RELAVANZ for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
1. Eligibility and authority
You may use the Services only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law and are authorized to do so. RELAVANZ is not directed to children under 13 and is not intended to be used in a manner that requires RELAVANZ to knowingly collect children's information without legally required consent.
2. Accounts, Workspaces, and members
- You are responsible for accurate account information and reasonable protection of credentials.
- Workspace Owners may manage members, Site access, billing settings, integrations, and other organization-level controls supported by the plan.
- You are responsible for activity performed by users you authorize, subject to applicable law and RELAVANZ's own security controls.
- RELAVANZ may require reauthentication or additional verification before sensitive actions.
3. Sites, scanning, and authorization
When you submit or add a Site, you represent that you are authorized to request the applicable analysis. RELAVANZ may crawl publicly available pages and collect technical observations needed for Site Understanding, recommendations, validation, and monitoring.
Adding or scanning a Site does not grant RELAVANZ permission to change the Site. Write authority must come from a separate connected integration or implementation method with the required capability and authorization.
4. RELAVANZ recommendations and verification
RELAVANZ may identify issues, recommend changes, prepare implementation packages, support connected-provider actions, and verify results. "Prepared," "submitted," "processed," "applied," and "Verified" are different states. A provider accepting a request or a customer marking work applied does not by itself prove a live result.
RELAVANZ treats a recommendation as Verified only when the product records the required fresh verification evidence under the applicable lifecycle.
5. Artificial intelligence
The Services include AI-enabled functionality. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, non-unique, or unsuitable for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them or publishing them.
AI features are governed by our AI Terms, which are incorporated into these Terms.
6. Agentic and connected-system actions
Some RELAVANZ features can prepare or execute actions through connected systems when the required capability is present. Actions remain bounded by the connected account, Site/resource binding, plan entitlement, workflow state, and required customer approval or confirmation.
Examples can include opening a GitHub pull request, updating supported CMS fields, or submitting approved data through a connected provider. RELAVANZ does not treat a connection as blanket authorization for unrelated actions.
7. Customer Content
"Customer Content" includes prompts, files, text, instructions, configurations, Site data you provide, and other materials submitted to the Services. As between you and RELAVANZ, you retain the rights you have in Customer Content.
You grant RELAVANZ a limited right to host, copy, transmit, transform as technically necessary, analyze, and otherwise process Customer Content to provide, secure, support, and operate the Services. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide the content and direct the requested processing.
8. Acceptable use
You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. You may not use RELAVANZ to gain unauthorized access, bypass provider controls, abuse credentials, evade plan limits, distribute malware, violate law or rights, or manipulate reviews/search/listings contrary to applicable provider rules.
9. Third-party services
You may connect services such as Google, Shopify, GitHub, WordPress, or other supported providers. Those services remain controlled by their providers and may have separate terms, fees, availability, quotas, API limits, approval processes, and data practices.
When you authorize an integration, you direct RELAVANZ to exchange information with that provider as needed for the features and permissions you select. Provider outages, suspensions, policy decisions, and API changes may affect RELAVANZ functionality.
10. Search, SEO, and external outcomes
Search engines, AI systems, directories, marketplaces, and other external platforms control their own crawling, indexing, ranking, eligibility, display, reporting, and enforcement decisions. RELAVANZ does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, indexing, inclusion in AI answers, review volume, Merchant eligibility, backlink acquisition, or any specific external-platform result.
11. Plans, subscriptions, and capacity
Current plan prices, Site/member limits, included usage, and optional capacity are shown on the Pricing page and before a paid purchase is completed. We intentionally do not duplicate mutable price amounts in these Terms.
Paid subscriptions, upgrades, downgrades, cancellation, payment failure, add-on capacity, and refunds are governed by our Billing, Cancellation & Refund Terms.
12. Intellectual property
The Services, software, design, documentation, branding, and technology supplied by RELAVANZ are owned by RELAVANZ or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during your authorized access period, subject to plan and usage limits.
If you provide feedback, RELAVANZ may use it to improve the Services without treating unrelated Customer Content as feedback.
13. Confidentiality
When RELAVANZ and a business customer exchange information that is reasonably understood to be confidential, each party should use reasonable care to protect it and use it for the relationship, subject to disclosures required by law. This section does not replace a separately signed confidentiality agreement.
14. Privacy and data protection
Our Privacy Policy explains RELAVANZ's own data practices. Our Data Processing Addendum may apply when RELAVANZ processes personal data on behalf of a business customer.
15. Security responsibilities
RELAVANZ maintains safeguards designed to protect the Services. You are responsible for protecting credentials you control, configuring appropriate permissions, limiting connected-provider access to authorized resources, and promptly disconnecting or rotating access you no longer trust.
16. Suspension and restrictions
RELAVANZ may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to address security or abuse risk, unlawful use, material breach, provider restrictions, non-payment under an applicable paid plan, or legal requirements. Where appropriate and practicable, RELAVANZ may provide notice or an opportunity to cure.
17. Termination and retained history
You may stop using RELAVANZ and disconnect integrations at any time. Paid cancellation follows the Billing Terms. RELAVANZ may terminate or suspend access for material breach, unlawful use, serious security/abuse risk, or other grounds described in these Terms.
Ending access does not mean every record is instantly erased. Treatment of account data, Site history, billing records, backups, and legal/security records follows the Privacy Policy and Privacy Rights page.
18. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. RELAVANZ disclaims warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement where those disclaimers are legally permitted.
RELAVANZ does not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free AI output, or any particular third-party-provider or SEO outcome. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
19. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RELAVANZ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss caused solely by an external provider's independent decision or outage. RELAVANZ does not impose an arbitrary monetary liability cap in these public Terms. Mandatory non-waivable rights and liabilities remain unaffected.
20. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except to the extent mandatory law requires another result. Unless mandatory law permits or requires another forum, disputes relating to these Terms may be brought in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma.
These public Terms do not impose a mandatory arbitration clause, class-action waiver, or jury-trial waiver.
21. Changes to the Terms
RELAVANZ may update these Terms as the Services or legal requirements change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required or when a material change warrants it. Material product/legal changes are also subject to RELAVANZ's internal Legal Health review process.
22. Electronic communications
You agree to receive electronic service, security, account, billing, and legal communications needed to operate the Services, subject to applicable law. Optional marketing communications remain subject to applicable consent and unsubscribe rules.
23. General terms
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, the policies incorporated into them, and any applicable order or product-specific terms form the agreement governing the Services. More specific signed terms control where they expressly say they do.
