Common questions
What counts as a Site?
One active website uses one Site slot. Archiving preserves its history; reactivating the same Site reuses its identity.
Are Articles pooled?
Growth and Business Article allowances are shared across their Workspace Sites. Successful completed Articles count once; failed generations do not.
Do I need Local or Commerce?
No. Add Local for a location you choose and Commerce for a Shopify store you choose. Detection alone never starts a charge.
What if my store has more than 10,000 products?
After connecting Shopify, RELAVANZ checks catalog size and shows the exact capacity needed before you confirm.
Can I downgrade or cancel?
Yes. Changes that reduce access take effect at the end of your paid period. You can reverse a scheduled cancellation before then.
Will I lose my history?
No. Your past audits, Sites, recommendations, and completed work remain readable after a downgrade or cancellation.
